Potential host galaxy: SDSS J163027.07+423443.5
Host redshift: 0.078

Remarks: This transient was first observed by Tom Bickle using the Galaxy Zoo website here: https://www.zooniverse.org/projects/zookeeper/galaxy-zoo/talk/1269/1766180?comment=3581135 .

Remarks: The z-band Apparent magnitude was calculated by Richard Nowell using AstroImageJ and Aperture Photometry Tool. The reference star used is SDSS J163030.53+423454.3. The z-band Absolute magnitude of -16.45 was also calculated.
