Madore, ASAS-SN SN Ia 1 ASAS-SN We report an optical spectrum (range 370-920 nm) of ASASSN-16jh/AT2016fij obtained on UT 2016 Aug. 30.4 with the du Pont 2.5-m telescope (+ WFCCD) at Las Campanas Observatory. We performed a cross-correlation with a library of supernova spectra using the "Supernova Identification" code (SNID; Blondin and Tonry 2007, Ap.J. 666, 1024). The spectrum of ASASSN-16jh is that of a normal Type Ia at maximum light. 2016TNSCR1000....1S
