Remarks: We obtained an spectrum of ASASSN-16pc/AT2016izk on UT 2016 Dec. 25.3 with WFCCD mounted on the du Pont 2.5m telescope at LCO. The spectrum of the transient shows a blue continuum with Balmer lines in absorption at z=0, which is consistent with a Galactic CV.
