Griffin Hosseinzadeh, Curtis McCully, Stefano Valenti, Iair Arcavi, D. Andrew Howell report/s a classification of object: SN 2017fbp
Type: SN IaRedshift: 0.023
Remarks: Using Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190), we find a good fit to the 99aa-like Type Ia SN 1999ac (Garavini et al. 2005, AJ, 130, 2278) at maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z=0.023; SDSS DR13, via NED).
