Yuji Tanaka report/s the discovery of a new astronomical transient.
IAU Designation: AT 2017gzo
Coordinates (J2000): RA = 23:53:52.200 (358.4675) DEC = +07:58:19.00 (7.971944)
Discovery date: 2017-09-30 14:10:45.000 (JD=2458027.0907986)
Potential host galaxy: NGC7782
Remarks: It is too dark for my telescope. So if it is a noise, then I'm very sorry. And today is cloudy, so I cannot check it. I check MPChecker and it is not a minor planet.
