Potential host galaxy: NGC 5480
Remarks: P. Wiggins, Tooele, UT, USA, reports his discovery of a possible supernova (mag about 15.5) on an unfiltered CCD frame taken 2017 Nov 30 10:42:24 UT using a 0.35-m f/5.5 reflector near Erda, UT, USA. The new object is located at R.A. 14h06m23.11s, Decl. +50°43’20.2” (equinox 2000.0), about 15” SE of the center of NGC 5480.
