Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Stefano Valenti Global SN Project SN Ia 0.043 1 Global SN Project Using Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190) and SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find good fits to several normal Type Ia SNe around maximum light at the redshift of the proposed host galaxy (z=0.043; 20032dF...C...0000C, via NED). At the redshift, the absolute magnitude in g-band at the discovery (UTC 2018-11-02 07:12:00) is -18.5, which is consistent with the Ia classification and its phase. We measure a Si II 6355 velocity of -11,000 km/s. 2018TNSCR1704....1H
