MPChecker reports: The following objects, brighter than V = 21.0, were found in the 10.0-arcminute region around R.A. = 12 03 46.45, Decl. = +03 32 49.5 (J2000.0) on 2019 01 10.19 UT:

Declination should be +03:32:49.53
That puts it far closer to NGC 4058, and lines up with the discovery image
