The new object is located at A.R. =00h42m30.37s Decl. = +41°03'29.5" show the source at 17.2 Mag. Astrometry with respect to NOMAD stars in tne Galaxy M31.

We report the presence of the transient  on a co-added  1200-s unflitered CCD frame taken on 2019 Nov. 05.9870 UT with the 0.40-m telescope  at Monte Baldo Observatory (IT). The position in 00:42:30.37 +41:03:29.6. The image was affected by a very poor seeing.
