Graham report/s a classification of object: AT 2021dhg

Type: Nova
Redshift: 0.001361

Remarks: We note that taking into account expansion velocities and the slow rise of the light curve (combined with a luminous absolute magnitude), we cannot rule out a different classification for this object (for instance, a “gap transient” (Pastorello & Fraser, 2019).

The following Classification spectrum was provided:

Obsdate: 2021-02-21 00:18:58
Instrument: TDS
Telescope: Caucasian Mountain Observatory 2.5m

Remarks: The observations were performed with the Transient Double-beam Spectrograph mounted on the 2.5-m Telescope of the Caucasus Mountain Observatory (CMO)
