TNS Classification Report No. 9318 [ 2021TNSCR1115....1B ]
Date Received (UTC): 2021-04-08 20:20:09 Sender: Jamison Burke
Group: Global SN Project
Jamison Burke (LCO/UCSB), Iair Arcavi (TAU), Daichi Hiramatsu (LCO/UCSB), D. Andrew Howell, Curtis McCully, Estefania Padilla Gonzalez, Craig Pellegrino report/s a classification of object: AT 2021hoz
Type: Varstar
Remarks: Due to the presence of H lines at redshift 0, we classify this as a galactic stellar outburst of some kind. We note that Hα is in emission, but much weaker than is commonly seen in most classes of outbursts. A faint blue source can be distinguished in the archival PanSTARRS data.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2021-04-08 11:46:31
