Group: None
Kenta Taguchi (Kyoto University) report/s a classification of object: AT 2022abzg
Type: Nova
Remarks: Our spectrum is dominated by a blue continuum on which strong emission lines of H alpha and beta are there. The FWHM of the H alpha line is ~ 24 A or ~ 1100 km/s. From these features, we classify it as a nova.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2023-02-08 10:11:15
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other
Remarks: We performed the follow-up spectroscopic observation using the KOOLS-IFU attached to the 3.8-m Seimei telescope at Okayama Observatory. The spectral resolution is ~ 500, and the wavelength coverage is 4100-8900 A.
