Andrew Howell (LCO/UCSB), Curtis McCully, Megan Newsome, Estefania Padilla Gonzalez, Craig Pellegrino, Giacomo TerreranGlobal SN ProjectSN Ia0.048914Global SN ProjectUsing Superfit (Howell et al. 2005, ApJ, 634, 1190) and SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024), we find best fits to SNe Ia with significant host contamination, as expected for nuclear targets. The supernova is closest to WISEA J170342.85+783922.3 (z = 0.048914, 2016ApJ...819...63R, value from NED). Adopting this redshift we measure a Si II 6355 velocity of approximately 10,000 km/s. Adopting the distance modulus computed from this redshift (36.7), the g-band absolute magnitude of the object roughly coeval with the spectrum is -18.6 (apparent magnitude 18.1, from ZTF). This absolute magnitude and velocity is consistent with an SN Ia near maximum light.2022TNSCR.719....1B
