Group: MeerLICHT
Orapeleng Mogawana, Paul Groot report/s a classification of object: SN 2022fpo
Type: SN Ia-91bg-likeRedshift: 0.010194
Remarks: Our SN template analysis using SNID (Blondin & Tonry 2007) suggests that this spectrum resembles that of a Type Ia-91bg supernova, between 12 and 27 days post maximum. The reported redshift is adopted from the host galaxy.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2022-04-20 03:00:00
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other
Remarks: The spectrum was obtained using the Cassegrain Spectrograph (SpUpNIC) on the SAAO's 74-inch (1.9-m) telescope using a grating of 7 and a grating angle of 16.2 with an average spectral resolution of 300.
