Remarks: SN Ia-91T-like at about one week before maximum light. The classification was determined using SNID (S. Blondin & J. L. Tonry 2007, ApJ, 666, 1024). Redshift from the host galaxy, the broad-line AGN SDSS J145801.18+495709.0
