Date Received (UTC): 2022-10-24 05:03:30 Sender: Jujia Zhang
Group: LiONS
Liping Li (Yunnan University), Qian Zhai, Jujia Zhang (YNAO), Xiaofeng Wang(THU) report/s a classification of object: SN 2022yjl
Type: SN IIRedshift: 0.08
Remarks: The blue, featureless spectrum and the fast-rise light curve make this transient is looked like a young Type II supernova. Moreover, given the redshift derived from photo-Z of SDSS, it is about -20 mag at the discovery image of XOSS. Thus, it might be a young luminous or even super-luminous event.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2022-10-23 15:36:00
Instrument: YFOSC
Telescope: Lijiang 2.4m telescope - Yunnan Obsvervatories
Details of the object and its spectra can be viewed here: https://www.wis-tns.org/object/2022yjl
