The spectrum shows narrow H at redshift z = 0.048 in agreement with the host redshift (WISEA J134315.65+191500.9, 2016SDSSD.C...0000:, value from NED) as well as broad H and He II 4686 lines at this redshift. This, along with the negligible host offset and the Superfit evaluation of the spectrum, indicate a likely TDE origin. Further followup is encouraged. 2023TNSCR1754....1N
