Date Received (UTC): 2023-09-25 05:30:22 Sender: Kenta Taguchi
Group: None
Kenta Taguchi (Kyoto University), Keiichi Maeda (Kyoto University) report/s a classification of object: AT 2023srv
Type: CV
Remarks: Our spectrum is dominated by a blue continuum, with a potentially weak narrow absorption feature of H beta. In addition to our spectrum, considering a probable past outburst in 2013 (see Related file 1), this object is most likely a CV.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2023-09-17 13:28:11
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other
Remarks: We performed the follow-up spectroscopic observation using the KOOLS-IFU attached to the 3.8-m Seimei telescope at Okayama Observatory. The spectral resolution is ~ 500, and the wavelength coverage is 4100-8500 A.
