The transient (RA=00:41:24.16, Dec=+41:08:05.0) is clearly visible in our images, exposured 2*300s, obtained by 0.5-m f/6.8 Lulin-ASIAA Telescope for Transients and Education (LATTE) at Lulin Observatory (D35) around 2023 July 20.83376, mag=20.7 R. We also note that on PanSTARRS DR1 color image (from bands z and g), there is a red star (mag=21.1 r, RA=00:41:24.47, Dec=+41:08:03.1, ref. https://vizier.cds.unistra.fr/viz-bin/VizieR?-source=II/349 ) to the southeast of the transient with different coordinates than the object on our image. Due to the lack of reference images taken earlier, we did not discovery the transient at the time. N
