Date Received (UTC): 2023-10-01 06:25:03 Sender: Jingyuan Zhao
Group: XOSS
Jingyuan Zhao (Xingming Obs.), Kenta Taguchi (Kyoto University), Xing Gao (Xingming Obs.) report/s a classification of object: AT 2023tmh
Type: Other
Remarks: A low resolution spectrum of AT 2023tmh was obtained by XOSS. It is a blue continuum shows weak narrow Hα emission line and possible Hβ emission line. Because of the low S/N, we're not sure AT 2023tmh is a dwarf nova in the Milky Way or a nova in M31. Further spectroscopic and photometric observations are strongly encouraged in order to determine its nature.
The following Classification spectrum was provided:
Obsdate: 2023-09-27 20:01:42
Instrument: Other
Telescope: Other
Remarks: We obtained the low-resolution spectrum using the Alpy 600 spectrograph attached to a 0.6-m f/8 Ritchey-Chretien telescope.
