Aaron Do (University of Hawaii) report/s a classification of object: SN 2023zff
Type: SN Ic-BLRedshift: 0.070124
Remarks: No strong matches from SNID (Blondin & Tonry, 2007), but the iron lines and lack of P Cyg profile are indicative of a Type Ic-BL. The absolute magnitude at peak was about -18 in ATLAS orange band in a fiducial cosmology with a spectroscopic redshift from SDSS DR13 accessed via NED.
