Andrea
Reguitti

Possibly an AGN?

Maybe even the classification as a SN IIn is questionable: a known AGN (SDSSJ104652.35-012328.0) at z=1 is also located very close to the position of the transient, but 'behind', which may be variable and responsible for the broad lines in the blue part of the spectrum.

Wrong redshift reported

The reported redshift z=0.0139 is wrong: the redshift of the host galaxy UGC 5886 reported in Simbad is 0.038944, which agrees with the observed wavelengths of the emission lines in the spectrum.
